Pacific Coast continues to experience rapid growth

Pacific Coast News

It has been a very busy year at Pacific Coast Village. "The level of interest is phenomenal with a number of homes being purchased off the plans. At any one time, we may have 10-15 homes being built and we will complete construction on over one hundred villas this calendar year which is a serious challenge for the development team" says Graham Wilkinson, Director of Generus Living Group.

If you haven't yet visited Pacific Coast Village, the facilities already include the Summerhouse, an international sized bowling green, 25 metre indoor swimming pool, hot tub complex with cardio room. There is also a 250-metre long beach boardwalk which is used by residents every day of the year.  By the end of the first quarter of next year the village will be largely complete, with the majority of homes built and completion of the village's purpose built community centre "The Beach House".  At a cost of over $10 million, the Beach House will provide the village's main hub with village reception, administration facilities, lounges, restaurant and bar, craft rooms, salon, cinema and wellness centre.

The final piece of the village is premium aged care. Early next year construction will start on serviced apartments and a care facility complex, to ensure all residents can be catered for into the future. “We see it as critical that care is provided onsite as part of the promise we make to residents” says Graham Wilkinson. "We see a big gap for this essential part of the village offering within the local area. For residents, these new facilities will ensure they can be cared for with the dignity they demand and deserve – should they require it.”
