Head Chef Trent Clarke comes from a diverse background and his career has included owning his own restaurants, working at Mills Reef Winery, Head Chef of Baypark Arena as well as working at the Mount Maunganui Ocean Sports Club. Creative and extremely humble, his mastery of cooking, passion for food and quality ingredients bring unique breadth of experience to the Pacific Coast Village. Our menus are constantly evolving with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
The Grill is predominately open for evening dining and private functions. The Grill’s a la carte offers residents and their friends a truly unique dining experience.
