Take the boardwalk to the beach, roll up on the bowling green, shoot some pool, or relax by the fireplace with a book in the lounge, our facilities are stunning and there’s still more to come.
The centre piece of the village is the Beach House Community Centre, designed by award winning architects, Sumich Chaplin of Auckland who are responsible for some of New Zealand's finest buildings. This comprehensive community building houses The Grill Brasserie, Bloom Eatery and Lounge, a club lounge bar, study, craft and activity rooms, hair salon and spa treatment room, and even a luxurious movie theatre.
The Summer House was designed based on the iconic kiwi beach house emphasising the laidback lifestyle Pacific Coast Village offers. The Summer House includes a lounge and library area, complete with fireplace and television, pool table, bar, kitchenette and dining area and complements the Beach House Community Centre.
The Summer House opens to the International sized Greenweave bowling green, one of the largest ‘tiger turf’ bowling greens of any retirement village in New Zealand. Enjoyed by both residents and visiting bowlers with tournaments and invitations extended to local bowling clubs, participate in a game or two followed by a social get together in the Summer House. A beach boardwalk provides residents with easy access to the white sands of Papamoa Beach.
There is also the stunning Pool Pavilion, a 25 metre indoor swimming pool and hot tub, with gymnasium.
Our unique villa options are each designed to make the most of the year round outdoor living Papamoa is famous for.
Villa designs are spacious and all feature internal access garaging. All villas fitted with 100% solution dyed nylon carpet, bathrooms feature hard wearing ceramic tiles with underfloor heating and your kitchen comes equipped with the latest Fisher & Paykel appliances. Outside, you can choose to look after your own garden or take the easy option and let our gardeners do it for you.
